Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Postari ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Postari, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Postari is an iOS productivity application that helps you create, plan, and manage content for the Threads platform (by Meta Platforms). Key features include:
- AI-powered post drafting and style analysis
- Topic Explorer for content ideation
- Voice Input for hands-free drafting (transcription and AI enhancement)
- Content Planner with server-side scheduling and automatic publication
- Library for saving and organizing Threads posts
- Media gallery
- Share Extension for saving and replying to Threads posts
3. Threads Platform Compliance
By using the App, you also agree to:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Threads through this App complies with Meta's policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms.
4. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI to assist with content creation. AI processing is handled by Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini / Whisper) for text generation and voice transcription. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated suggestions are starting points, not final copy.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before posting.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

5. Voice Input
The Voice Input feature records audio from your microphone and sends it to our backend for transcription via OpenAI Whisper. By using Voice Input, you consent to this audio processing. Audio recordings are not stored after transcription. Do not include sensitive personal information in voice recordings.
6. Scheduled Posts
When you schedule a post, its content is stored on our servers (Cloudflare D1) to enable automatic publication. You are solely responsible for the content of all posts published through the App. We are not liable for posts published as a result of incorrect scheduling, technical failures, or account permission changes.
7. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the App.
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Postari may offer a premium subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions.
9. Account and Data Deletion
To delete your account data, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account Data. This will remove all server-side data associated with your Threads account, including the account record holding your encrypted Threads OAuth token, scheduled posts, push notification tokens, and support tickets linked to that account. Local app data is removed by deleting the App from your device.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost posts, account restrictions, missed scheduled publications, or data loss.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
